Landes Fresh Meats is a USDA Federal Inspected meat processing plant. We adhere to strict guidelines for sanitation procedures and our plant is HACCP Certified.
We have All-Natural Beef you can buy from Landes by the side, hind or front quarters (call for pricing).
We butcher pork one day per week and beef every other week. You must schedule your animals for butchering. All pork is delivered on Monday between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Once your animals are scheduled, please complete a custom pork/beef order cut sheet. Please bring the downloadable form (below) with you when you deliver your animals to Landes Fresh Meats or fax the form. Fax to: 937-836-9352.
CANCELLATIONS: Please call as soon as possible when canceling or rescheduling an animal for butchering.
