Nearly eight decades ago, Earl Landes began selling fresh cuts of meat at a local market. When customers asked for smoked products, he took matters into his own hands by building a smokehouse behind his house. That original smokehouse still stands today, a reminder of the hands-on craftsmanship that remains at the heart of Landes Fresh Meats. Now four generations later, the Landes family continues to refine the art of meat processing, producing signature products that meet the demands of even the most discerning palates.

What started as a regional operation has grown into something much bigger.

Today, Landes Fresh Meats products can be found in select grocery stores and foodservice locations across the United States—and beyond. Our reach now extends internationally, with Landes products available in the Bahamas.

While our footprint has expanded, our approach has not changed. We continue to focus on quality, consistency, and doing the work the right way—letting the product speak for itself as it reaches new markets and new customers.
